This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of managing and enhancing relationships with current customers in the designated sales area, emphasizing B2B (e.g., wholesalers, industry, professional users).
• Seek out new business clients and increase market presence.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and on-site engagements.
• Plan and assess customer visits independently.
• Prepare proposals and engage in price and contract negotiations.
• Provide product training and deliver technical presentations at customer locations or with distributors.
• Attend customer events, trade exhibitions, and regional gatherings.
• Completed technical education, such as in electronics or electrical engineering, or an equivalent credential.
• Some experience in technical sales, preferably in field sales.
• Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approach and strong self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory.
• Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Solid business administration knowledge coupled with a customer-focused attitude.
