Technical Field Sales, Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing technical consulting while managing sales responsibilities

• Proactively acquiring new B2B clients

• Long-term care and enhancement of existing client relationships within Bavaria

• Independently organizing customer meetings, including territory and route planning as well as online appointments

• Gaining insights into customer processes and crafting suitable technical solutions

• Delivering benefit-oriented product presentations and negotiating proposals

• Following up on proposals and assisting customers during field tests

• Conducting analyses of competitors and market trends

• Holding revenue and sales accountability for the designated sales territory

• Maintaining contact information and documenting sales activities within the CRM system

• Collaborating closely with inside sales, technical teams, and marketing

• Participating in trade fairs and regional industry events

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a degree

• Minimum of three years of experience in technical B2B sales

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a confident application of sales techniques focused on closing deals

• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license (Class B)

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German

• Strong communication skills, confident presence, and the ability to clearly explain complex technical matters

• Desirable: industry knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, trades, or commerce), experience with MS Office and CRM systems, and proficiency in English
