This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• **Primary Responsibilities**
• **Technical Implementation (50%)**
• - Set up and deploy SwiftMR on virtual machines (VMs) and/or gateway PCs.
• - Establish connections between SwiftMR and MRI systems, integrating it with PACS while managing network and DICOM configurations for effective interoperability.
• - Apply your knowledge of TCP/IP and DICOM networking to diagnose and support efficient data transmission and connectivity.
• - Oversee SwiftMR’s cloud-based operations to guarantee secure and dependable performance for healthcare facilities.
• **Customer Support & Troubleshooting (50%)**
• - Serve as the main technical resource for clients, offering application support and resolving technical challenges.
• - Deliver comprehensive troubleshooting for integration or connectivity issues related to SwiftMR, including PACS support and MRI-specific configurations.
• - Create and maintain documentation of implementation processes and troubleshooting guides to aid clients in self-support.
• - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure clients are maximizing SwiftMR’s features and achieving their desired outcomes.

• **Qualifications**
• - 5+ years in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT.
• - Strong proficiency in TCP/IP networking and DICOM networking.
• - Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software; PACS support experience is highly desirable.
• - Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of independently diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• - Outstanding communication skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• **Preferred Experiences (Nice to Have)**
• - 10+ years in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT.
• - *Candidates demonstrating proven competencies may be elevated to the title of ****Technical Customer Success Manager**** upon the final offer.*
• - Experience with the implementation of radiology AI software in hospital environments.
