This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Technical integration of new clients into our system (system setup and configuration).
• Providing technical support during the onboarding process for new clients (dental practices), both remotely and on-site.
• Offering technical assistance to our dental practices through phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Native or fluent German (minimum C1+ proficiency).
• Business-level English (B2 proficiency).
• Strong IT skills and a readiness to learn.
• Capability to comprehend complex processes and the operation of software systems.
• Experience with the technical features of German practice management systems for dental practices (a significant advantage).
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and analytical work style.
• Interest in or experience with Customer Success / Support.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients across Germany.
