This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• This position is REMOTE but LOCATION SPECIFIC.
• The Technical Customer Care Specialist will engage directly with clients through Phone, Email, Chat, and other electronic communication channels to address their application and product concerns.
• Responsible for handling routine customer inquiries related to product usage within VinSolutions.
• Utilize technical expertise to provide exceptional care to clients while following quality assurance protocols.
• Manage routine customer inquiries regarding product usage.
• Offer technical support on issues until they are resolved.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of VinSolutions processes and procedures.
• Accurately record all customer information in the CRM tool.
• Coordinate communication with other departments as necessary to resolve client issues.
• Interact with key stakeholders to identify and address inquiries.
• Ensure appropriate follow-up to keep customers informed about the status of their issues.
• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma/GED.
• Typically, less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to accommodate extended hours, a flexible work schedule, and overtime as necessary, including weekends.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve personal and business objectives.
• Preferred: College Degree.
• Technical background is beneficial.
• Demonstrates high levels of dependability and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM case logging/Salesforce.
• Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
