Technical Consultant, Precast Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Monitor trends in the market and industry regarding serial, modular, and hybrid construction.

• Actively seek out and acquire new contacts and construction projects through tender platforms (e.g., I-BAU).

• Establish and nurture a network of clients, prospects, and partners within the precast construction industry.

• Offer technical guidance to architects, design firms, investors, and other stakeholders involved in projects related to serial, modular, and hybrid construction.

• Evaluate and qualify projects to determine their compatibility with the company's precast solutions.

• Compile essential project information to assist the sales team.

• Play a role in developing technical solutions, specification documents, and planning details.

• Aid the sales team by providing technical clarifications during the proposal stage.

• Deliver product and system presentations and offer technical consulting, both internally and externally, including at industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in civil engineering or a related qualification.

• Several years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in a consulting role.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in common MS Office applications is a plus.

• A valid Class B driving license and a willingness to travel within the Bavaria region.
