This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation of our financial accounting software: You will be responsible for the introduction and support of the financial accounting solution Diamant4 for our clients, helping them to fully leverage their accounting potential.

• Training and Instruction: You will ensure the success of our seminar and training participants by delivering content in a clear and practical manner.

• Support Requests: Handling and processing support requests via ticket system, email, or telephone will also be part of your responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a financial or balance accountant with knowledge/experience in the Diamant financial accounting software, seeking an exciting new opportunity.

• You possess teamwork skills and a sense of humor – laughter is welcome here!

• Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written, is required.

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and training others.
