• iT1, a prominent national technology solution provider based in Tempe, AZ, is seeking an enthusiastic Solutions Architect for Azure to become part of our Consulting team.

• The Technical Architect for Azure Infrastructure will oversee the design, construction, and execution of intricate projects that emphasize Microsoft technologies across various industry sectors, catering to our clients' technological and business requirements.

• This position necessitates a profound comprehension of data analytics, business intelligence, and the conception, implementation, and delivery of cloud-based solutions for enterprise-level clients.

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing technical architecture and preparing documentation for clients.

• A significant background in development and familiarity with Microsoft’s cloud strategy is essential.

• Our engineering team collaborates with project management and clients to deploy sophisticated technical solutions that assist our clients in achieving their business goals.

• The individual in this role will serve as a subject matter expert for strategic client engagements across one or more technological domains with an emphasis on Azure Infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design and implement technical architectures for Azure cloud-based solutions that align with clients' business goals.

• Facilitate technical workshops to collect requirements and present viable solutions.

• Establish data management and governance practices to ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of data within Microsoft technologies.

• Identify opportunities to enhance performance and scalability, implementing solutions for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and cost optimization.

• Create detailed client documentation, which includes technical specifications and user manuals.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales Engineers, developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.

• Work in partnership with and mentor other architects and engineers to share knowledge and expertise.

• Engage in planning, review, and retrospective meetings, delivering solutions collaboratively as a team.

• Participate in peer reviews and approve detailed designs with project or executive sponsorship.

• Drive service designs and outcomes that are globally accessible, secure, and reliable for our customers.

• Manage daily tasks across multiple projects and report time spent on all work activities.

• Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to continually enhance solutions and methodologies.

• **Job Qualification Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of senior-level experience with relevant technologies.

• At least 7 years of experience in a technical consulting role, including implementations, and comfort in client-facing interactions.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively.

• Robust problem-solving abilities and the capacity to tackle challenging issues.

• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.

• Complete assigned tasks effectively.

• Experience with Azure IaaS, including:

• Azure Site Recovery (ASR)

• Azure Backup

• Azure Networking

• Azure automation, ARM templates, JSON

• Fabric

• Purview

• Physical to Virtual migrations (P2V)

• Core data center skills, including:

• Storage

• Networking

• Windows Server administration

• Scripting and automation

• Microsoft technical certification in 3-4 competency areas.

• Advanced technical expertise in 1-2 complementary areas.
