Technical Account Specialist – Storm, Sewer, Flood

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain customer relationships as a reliable technical advisor.

• Collect and analyze customer interactions to pinpoint actions that enhance customer experience and encourage the use of ICM.

• Enhance customers’ experience with InfoWorks ICM through scripting and AI integration.

• Showcase subject matter expertise via social media, webinars, conferences, and customer gatherings.

• Create and provide expert coaching on model development, importing models, calibration, verification, model application, and IT strategies.

• Identify and refine self-service materials to boost tool adoption.

• Exhibit internal thought leadership and product knowledge to propel the product portfolio forward.

• Collaborate with teams in customer success, sales, product, and strategy.

• Offer technical support and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Travel to customer locations and conferences as necessary.

• Expand knowledge of the Autodesk Water portfolio, especially in asset management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with InfoWorks ICM in a commercial setting along with recent industry experience.

• Proven experience in scripting within InfoWorks ICM.

• A degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with cloud environments.

• Proficiency in other water modeling software.

• Consulting experience and/or technical project delivery background with large, high-demand clients.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations and conferences.

• May need to undergo in-person onboarding and/or identity verification processes.
