This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the Identity Security Expert: Function as the main technical authority for designated clients, offering high-level technical advice and strategic direction throughout their Saviynt experience.
• Design and Define Solutions: Spearhead the technical definition, scoping, and design of intricate identity security solutions, transforming complex client requirements into effective and scalable Saviynt implementations.
• Take Charge of Technical Delivery: Assume complete responsibility for the technical execution of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring the successful delivery of professional services.
• Engage Strategically with Clients: Conduct regular, thorough technical reviews with clients, proactively spotting potential issues, optimizing their Saviynt environments, and guaranteeing maximum platform utilization and value realization.
• Anticipate and Solve Problems: Oversee support requests and client environments to uncover recurring technical patterns, advocating for product enhancements or process improvements within Saviynt to resolve systemic issues.
• Promote Expansion and Adoption: Collaborate with account teams to discover and nurture up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities by illustrating how Saviynt can address evolving identity security challenges and enhance business results.
• Facilitate Technical Enablement: Create and conduct advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they can fully utilize the Saviynt platform independently.
• Foster Internal Collaboration: Serve as a vital link between clients, our Customer Professional Services (CPS) team, Engineering, and Product Management, ensuring client feedback informs product innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Support regional services resourcing and forecasting, and oversee timesheet and invoicing approvals, ensuring smooth operational processes.
• Extensive Experience in Identity Security (10–15 years): A proven track record of providing enterprise-level Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including hands-on engineering, architecture, and complex technical problem-solving.
• Demonstrated Project Leadership (10+ years): A history of successfully leading the scoping, planning, and execution of large-scale, high-stakes identity security projects for enterprise clients, from initiation through post-go-live optimization.
• Client-Facing Expertise: Exceptional ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients and partners, merging technical credibility with strategic insight.
• Mastery in Complex Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple concurrent, technically intricate identity projects, effectively balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Comprehensive Understanding of the Project Lifecycle: In-depth knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and the creation of detailed technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Technical Stack: Familiarity or hands-on experience with core web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML), database management systems (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), enterprise HR systems (SAP, PeopleSoft), programming languages (Java, .NET, or C++), identity management provisioning systems (e.g., legacy Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, or similar modern platforms), and security software/IT audit.
