This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Become the Identity Security Expert: Act as the main technical authority for assigned clients, offering high-level technical advice and strategic direction throughout their Saviynt experience.
• Design and Define Solutions: Lead the technical specification, scoping, and architecture of intricate identity security solutions, converting complex client needs into effective, scalable Saviynt implementations. This encompasses thorough RFP responses, detailed professional service estimates, project plans, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Take Charge of Technical Delivery: Assume complete responsibility for the technical execution of SOWs, orchestrating the successful provision of professional services. This includes hands-on management, troubleshooting, and serving as the key escalation point for all technical issues related to projects.
• Engage Strategically with Clients: Conduct regular, thorough technical reviews with customers, proactively spotting potential issues, optimizing their Saviynt environment, and guaranteeing maximum platform utilization and value realization.
• Anticipate and Solve Problems: Oversee support requests and client environments to identify recurring technical trends, advocating for product improvements or process enhancements within Saviynt to tackle systemic challenges.
• Promote Expansion & Adoption: Collaborate with account teams to discover and nurture up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion prospects by showcasing how Saviynt can address evolving identity security challenges and enhance business results.
• Provide Technical Empowerment: Create and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the full capabilities of the Saviynt platform independently.
• Collaborate Internally: Serve as an essential liaison between clients, our Customer Professional Services (CPS) team, Engineering, and Product Management, ensuring that client feedback informs product innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Assist with regional service resourcing and forecasting, manage timesheet and invoice approvals, and facilitate smooth operational processes.
• Extensive Experience in Identity Security (10–15 years): A proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including hands-on engineering, architecture, and complex technical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated Project Leadership (10+ years): Proven success in leading the scoping, planning, and execution of large-scale, high-stakes identity security projects for enterprise clients, from initiation to post-go-live optimization.
• Strong Client Engagement Skills: Exceptional ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients and partners, merging technical credibility with strategic insight.
• Mastery in Complex Project Management: Expert in managing multiple simultaneous, technically intricate identity projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Project Lifecycle: In-depth understanding of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and the creation of detailed technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Technical Stack: Familiarity or direct experience with: Core Web Technologies, Database Management, Directory Services, Enterprise HR Systems, Programming Languages, Identity Management Provisioning Systems, Security Software/IT Audit.
• Essential IGA Experience: Must possess substantial experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• PAM Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a plus.
• Experience with Integration Technology: Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, LDAP, and database connectors.
• Knowledge of Directory Services: Understanding of directory services such as LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Expertise in SaaS Platforms: Experience working with SaaS security platforms is required.
• Understanding of Security Frameworks (Desirable): Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001 is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Core IGA Platforms: Must have experience with one or more of the following IGA products: SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt.
