Tech SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical SEO roadmap from start to finish.

• Conduct audits and reorganize the backlog, balancing immediate gains with long-term projects.

• Integrate SEO into planning processes, ensuring requirements are established prior to development and launches.

• Validate releases and manage SEO approval for significant changes.

• Manage geo-targeting and hreflang strategies across European markets.

• Oversee and enhance crawl budgets.

• Lead end-to-end migrations of CMS, domains, and site structures.

• Develop and oversee the technical SEO strategy from the initial concept through to delivery.

• Audit and maintain the SEO technology stack.

• Enhance Core Web Vitals and improve site speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Technical SEO, with a strong emphasis on indexation, crawlability, and scalable site architecture.

• Demonstrated experience in leading CMS, domain, or large-scale migrations with minimal traffic impact.

• Profound knowledge of international SEO practices (hreflang, geo-targeting, multi-market configurations).

• Comprehensive understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data (including LLM-ready schema), and modern rendering techniques (JS/SSR).

• Proficient in GA4, GSC (including APIs), Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and log analysis tools.

• Experience in Agile environments (Jira, sprint cycles) and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize a technical SEO backlog effectively.

• Capability to articulate clear technical requirements and influence decisions early in the product development lifecycle.
