Tech Lead, Software Engineering – .NET, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance, project management, and team leadership for a group of software engineers.

• Design and implement scalable applications utilizing C#, .NET, SQL, React, and contemporary API architectures.

• Contribute to the development of applications while overseeing technical design, code quality initiatives, architectural choices, and engineering best practices.

• Offer daily leadership for engineers, mentor team members, perform code reviews, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

• Spearhead the technical delivery of software projects using C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, React, and modern web technologies.

• Uphold engineering standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines.

• Identify and address technical risks proactively to avoid impacting delivery, quality, or system performance.

• Establish engineering practices that enhance software quality, reliability, and maintainability.

• Ensure applications fulfill performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements.

• Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, feedback, career development, and performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering focused on developing enterprise applications.

• 7+ years of robust hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API development.

• 5+ years of extensive experience in MS SQL and PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

• 2+ years of experience in developing modern web applications utilizing React and related frontend technologies.

• 5+ years of experience leading software delivery Scrum teams in C# and .NET.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and software quality practices.

• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, distributed systems, and API design.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Proven track record of guiding engineers through technical mentorship and people management responsibilities.

• Strong grasp of application security, performance optimization, and scalability practices.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
