This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assume full responsibility for the software development lifecycle, guaranteeing high-quality delivery that adheres to security standards and timelines.
• Nurture the development of junior and mid-level developers through ongoing mentorship, pair programming, and the exchange of knowledge.
• Advocate for code quality by performing comprehensive code reviews, upholding best practices (such as SOLID and DRY), and spearheading refactoring efforts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners during refinement meetings to evaluate requirements, estimate workload, and confirm technical viability.
• Work in partnership with backend teams to create robust API integrations and ensure seamless data transfer between systems.
• Strive for continuous improvement in development processes, with an emphasis on deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate complex bugs and production challenges, prioritizing resolutions to sustain system stability and reliability.
• Over 7 years of software development experience, with substantial time in a Senior or Technical Lead position.
• Advanced expertise in Angular (version 2 and above), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and state management solutions (such as NgRx).
• Practical experience with NestJS (Node.js framework) and PostgreSQL.
• Background in working with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure, along with an understanding of cloud-native architecture.
• Proven experience with Unit Testing (Jasmine/Karma/Jest), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and the application of software design patterns.
• Acquainted with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes.
• Strong comprehension of Scrum principles and experience leading teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent proficiency in English to effectively manage an international team and engage with global stakeholders.
