Tech Lead, Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Practical technical advisor, demonstrating best practices in Node.js (TypeScript), React, and React Native.

• Establish architectures that guarantee the long-term viability of the product.

• Oversee the modernization of systems to the cloud (AWS Serverless and OCI).

• Spearhead the development of resilient solutions centered around Node.js and integration with legacy systems in Java or PHP.

• Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams in product development utilizing Jira and Git.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and technical leadership.

• Expertise in Node.js (TypeScript) for designing back-end systems.

• Hands-on experience with front-end and mobile technologies (solid understanding of React and React Native).

• Ability to navigate and integrate solutions across both legacy and contemporary codebases (Java and PHP).

• Profound knowledge of Serverless architecture and substantial experience with AWS.

• Familiarity with OCI is highly advantageous.

• Experience in modeling and utilizing relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis).

• Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, Sonar, or similar).

• Strong grasp of security, scalability, and compliance standards in cloud environments.
