Tech Lead, Data – Data & Analytics / Martech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical direction for the data team, serving as a resource for architecture and industry best practices.

• Assess, recommend, and enhance data architecture solutions (both batch and streaming).

• Convert business requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate closely with business units, particularly in CRM and Martech domains.

• Preferred experience with Salesforce offerings (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and data models).

• Ensure the quality, governance, and reliability of data.

• Assist in making strategic decisions regarding data platforms and tools.

• Advocate for engineering best practices (such as modularization, testing, observability, etc.).

• Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in event-driven and analytics-focused data engineering and architecture.

• Proficient in distributed processing (Spark / PySpark).

• Strong expertise in Python programming.

• Familiar with pipeline orchestration tools (such as Airflow).

• Knowledge of contemporary data platforms (e.g., Databricks).

• Experience with messaging and streaming technologies (Kafka).

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures, preferably AWS (including S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, etc.).

• In-depth understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and analytical architectures.

• Proven experience with large-scale data solutions and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of CRM, CDP (Customer Data Platform), and Martech environments.

• Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, observability, and data governance.

• Expertise in data security, quality, and reliability.

• Background in designing and evaluating system integration solutions.
