Tech Lead – Data, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead a key technical cell focused on categorization, advanced processing, and data models (NLP, clustering, embeddings).

• Ensure the technical excellence of both the team and the product.

• Guide the technical validation from day one.

• Directly participate in the team's growth strategy.

• Define the new technical profiles to be integrated into the cell.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current residency in Argentina (mandatory).

• Over 5 years in data-intensive roles (Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science).

• At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams.

• Cloud: Expert in AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, Bedrock).

• Programming languages: Expert in Python and advanced in SQL.

• Big Data & Data Science: Proficient in PySpark, Glue, and have solid experience in NLP techniques, embeddings, and clustering.

• Mandatory proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Compensation: Monthly payments in USD through the Ontop platform.
