Tech Lead, Core Product Engine – Backend

📋 Description

• Enhance existing automation systems to ensure fault tolerance and reliability

• Coordinate multi-step transactions in the acquisition of insurance policies

• Collaborate closely with the team to tackle technical challenges

• Employ an AI-driven approach to develop internal tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience founding a company or serving as a lead architect in a startup environment

• In-depth knowledge of insurance and business logic

• High standards for system design, particularly in asynchronous processes

• Proficient in TypeScript, Nest.js, React, GraphQL, and AWS

• Capability to guide incremental refactoring and establish new standards

• Familiarity with asynchronous state management and ensuring real-time system reliability
