Tech Lead – Checkout, Electronics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Checkout domain for the Electronics sector from a technical standpoint.

• Develop solutions, establish architecture, and lead the technical advancement of systems.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, stability, and alignment with business goals.

• Serve as the Checkout domain representative in discussions with partner teams, Product, Business, and other stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance for the domain, ensuring coherence between architectural decisions, implementation, and strategy.

• Assist in the recruitment and development of team members with skills aligned to the required technologies and disciplines within the domain.

• Identify technical gaps and outline the necessary capabilities to support the domain’s progression.

• Mentor the team in daily tasks through technical guidance, assistance with complex decisions, and sharing of best practices.

• Promote collaboration among involved teams, facilitating communication, dependency management, and decision-making.

• Track technical and business metrics, suggesting ongoing enhancements to the checkout experience.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite development, inform technical choices, and boost squad productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, particularly in checkout, payments, anti-fraud, or conversion areas.

• Familiarity with environments that feature multiple systems, integrations, and high criticality.

• Background in structuring roles, technical specializations, or operating models for scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Proficiency in React Native, SAP Commerce, and BFF.
