Tech Lead

📋 Description

• Supervise and guide a small engineering team

• Direct the technical strategy for gameplay systems, networking, optimization, and architecture

• Take responsibility for debugging standards, code quality, and overall build stability

• Collaborate closely with Production to address risks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery

• Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to deliver exceptional multiplayer experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the gaming industry

• Successfully launched at least one UE4/UE5 multiplayer game

• Proficient in C++, Unreal Engine, networking, and optimization techniques

• Experience in leading engineering teams on projects

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Practical mindset with an emphasis on quality and timely delivery
