
Team Manager – Service Delivery Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee, mentor, and provide guidance to Service Product Providers.
• Manage the planning, development, and execution of customized service product experiences within virtual schools.
• Establish and uphold service quality, consistency in delivery, design principles, guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Promote professional development, clarify roles, encourage collaboration, facilitate learning, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Work in partnership with Service Product Managers, teams that interface with schools, as well as Research & Efficacy, Accountability, Product, and Technology departments.
• Assist with pilot programs, enhancements, change management, and the evolution of service product offerings.
• Utilize feedback from schools, participation metrics, delivery insights, research findings, and practitioner input to enhance service products.
• Track adoption rates, engagement levels, fidelity to practices, delivery effectiveness, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage a limited caseload of schools and personally provide customized professional learning service products.
• Collaborate with school-based personnel to modify and deliver learning experiences that cater to the needs of schools and specific roles.
• Act as a proactive partner through facilitation, coaching, and practical learning support.
• Exemplify exceptional service delivery and relay insights from frontline schools back to the team.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading teams focused on delivering professional learning.
• Demonstrated capability in managing school-facing initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in designing professional learning or educational products is essential.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within roadmap-driven settings.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in virtual or blended learning environments is preferred.
