Team Lead Tutor – Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Inspire and guide your coaching team with an emphasis on development, constructive feedback, and performance enhancement.

• Strategically design and execute instructional support for both existing and new training programs; facilitate the onboarding of new coaches.

• Maintain quality through the analysis of KPIs, regular feedback, and thorough documentation of all process workflows.

• Discover and implement automation opportunities (e.g., HubSpot Workflows, Skedulo) within coaching and support workflows.

• Play a strategic role in projects aimed at optimizing feedback systems and enhancing process effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively across departments, including Training, Delivery, Learning, Customer Success, and Client Operations, to ensure seamless operations.

• Remain engaged with operational tasks through documentation and workflow optimization, while your primary responsibilities focus on strategic management, team leadership, and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in leading a team in a disciplinary or functional capacity (at least 3 individuals).

• Teaching experience in complex subject matter (e.g., as a trainer, coach, or instructor).

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a quantitative or analytical emphasis.

• Proficient in process automation with experience in tools such as HubSpot, Metabase, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Basic knowledge and practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI).

• Strong communication skills, exhibiting clarity, empathy, and constructiveness; adept at conflict resolution and maintaining a feedback-oriented mindset.

• A structured, solution-driven work style with a commitment to high standards of quality and reliability.

• Proficiency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
