Team Lead SAP ABAP Development – Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee project and budget management for technical data migration initiatives

• Provide both technical and managerial guidance to a development team focused on SAP ABAP with an emphasis on data migration

• Create products aimed at enhancing and standardizing our service and tool offerings

• Collaborate with project managers, business units, and external partners to establish requirements

• Organize and oversee the technical support provided to our clients

• Engage in S/4HANA migrations and the development of new digital platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven leadership in SAP ABAP with a specialization in data migration

• Work closely with project managers, business units, and external partners to identify requirements and set priorities

• Deliver technical support to our clients through innovative IT solutions

• Offer ongoing training and coaching for team members regarding ABAP and migration technologies

• Previous leadership experience is required
