Team Lead, Content Moderators

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that team members adhere to accuracy, productivity, and compliance standards.

• Offer guidance on intricate cases, clarifying policy interpretations and reinforcing best practices.

• Evaluate team performance, monitoring key metrics and providing feedback to enhance efficiency.

• Assist with scheduling and workflow management, ensuring equitable workloads and timely task completion.

• Support training initiatives by onboarding new team members and reinforcing continuous learning efforts.

• Collaborate with senior leads and managers to report trends, challenges in enforcement, and areas needing improvement.

• Conduct content audits, reviewing moderation decisions to ensure consistency and identify any gaps.

• Serve as a point of escalation, addressing team concerns and facilitating resolutions to complex moderation challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related policy fields.

• Strong sense of integrity and professionalism, with the capability to respond to high-risk situations involving hate speech, violent extremism, self-harm, fraud, exploitation, and misinformation/disinformation.

• Excellent ability to interpret and apply platform policies, ensuring team compliance and consistent enforcement.

• Proficient in tracking and reviewing moderation data, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of providing clear guidance and feedback to team members.
