Team Lead, Content Moderators

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that team members adhere to accuracy, productivity, and compliance benchmarks.

• Offer guidance on intricate cases, clarifying policy interpretations and reinforcing best practices.

• Assess team performance by tracking essential metrics and providing feedback to enhance efficiency.

• Assist in scheduling and managing workflows, ensuring an equitable distribution of workloads and timely completion of tasks.

• Aid in training initiatives, supporting the onboarding of new team members and promoting continuous learning efforts.

• Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to report trends, challenges in enforcement, and potential areas for improvement.

• Conduct content audits, reviewing moderation decisions to ensure consistency and pinpoint gaps.

• Serve as a point of escalation, addressing team concerns and facilitating resolutions for complex moderation issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related policy fields.

• Strong sense of integrity and professionalism, with the capability to handle high-risk cases involving hate speech, violent extremism, self-harm, fraud, exploitation, and misinformation/disinformation.

• Excellent ability to interpret and apply platform policies, ensuring team compliance and consistent enforcement.

• Proficient in tracking and reviewing moderation data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to offer clear guidance and feedback to team members.
