Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing both long-term and short-term strategies, which include establishing targets for key milestones, meeting deadlines, and allocating necessary resources.

• Assigning project tasks to team members who are best equipped to execute them effectively.

• Assisting internal colleagues by sharing best practices to enhance client interactions and ensure project success.

• Making informed decisions when faced with various options for progressing the project.

• Engaging with executives or board members to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

• Conducting quality control throughout the project development to uphold expected standards.

• Modifying schedules and objectives for the project as required.

• Inspiring team members involved in the project to complete their tasks punctually.

• Leading weekly meetings with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor during calls.

• Checking and responding to emails and project management updates four times daily from Monday to Friday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in converting complex concepts into clear, actionable plans for both clients and the internal team.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail.

• Availability during daytime hours to lead client meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday.

• Ability to oversee multiple projects at once.

• Comfort with utilizing and adapting to new software applications (e.g., Zoom, MailChimp, Google Docs).

• Eagerness and initiative to solve problems independently.

• Comfortable collaborating with faith-based non-profit organizations and enthusiastic about supporting their missions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, including assessing issues and providing viable solutions for clients.
