Team Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coordination among local participants engaged in the project

• Assist with onboarding processes, providing communication and guidance for new participants

• Help schedule sessions and ensure timely involvement

• Provide support for device logistics and procurement as necessary

• Ensure the seamless execution of local sessions and activities

• Oversee and guarantee the precise completion of required metadata and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in coordination, training, or related roles is advantageous

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Exceptional communication skills in English

• Familiarity with the local language is preferred but not essential

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities

• Willingness to support onboarding and operational activities as required
