Tax/Payroll Analyst – Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone assistance for the Tax/Accounting and Payroll components of the Domínio system

• Ensure the clarity and accuracy of information shared with clients

• Guarantee efficient support delivery and effective resolution of issues

• Comprehend the customer journey and the suitable procedures for each reported requirement

• Serve as an intermediary for requests concerning product changes and corrections

• Uphold and advocate for the organization's values and expected conduct

• Keep abreast of developments in the solutions provided to customers and relevant legislation within your field

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Tax/Accounting or Payroll

• Degree completed or currently pursuing in Accounting, Human Resources, or related disciplines

• Individuals studying or graduated in Business Administration and Law are encouraged to apply

• Comfortable working towards targets and achieving results

• Ability to adapt to established workflows

• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team
