Senior Analyst, Project Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational assistance for online research initiatives across various regions and time zones.

• Maintain uninterrupted service outside of regional business hours.

• Facilitate project completion by addressing client and internal inquiries.

• Resolve project-related challenges and monitor overall project performance.

• Collaborate with regional teams to guarantee prompt resolution of urgent requests.

• Aid in ensuring a seamless client experience through timely communication.

• Support project continuity during regional transitions and escalate issues as needed.

• Note: This position requires working US CST shifts and weekends, with two days off provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree.

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience with a proven track record of managing multiple complex online market research projects under strict deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve objectives.

• Capability to engage with clients over the phone, demonstrating professionalism and competence.

• Detail-oriented self-starter eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.

• A strong sense of accountability, with the ability to provide proactive and constructive feedback.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• High-speed Internet connection to facilitate global communication and business operations.
