Taxonomy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in daily taxonomy operations by labeling, annotating, and categorizing intricate job and resume data.

• Standardize job titles and accurately align occupations across key global datasets.

• Assess and verify metadata to enhance overall taxonomy quality, ensuring that all outputs remain precise and highly consistent.

• Execute data cleanup and localization tasks specifically designed for global markets while strictly following data labeling guidelines.

• Analyze and process large volumes of datasets utilizing strong pattern recognition abilities and keen attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English (for the English-operating role) OR native-level proficiency in Spanish (for the Spanish-operating role).

• Demonstrated experience in data taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification.

• Extensive hands-on experience in data labeling/annotation, data validation, and reviewing high-volume datasets.

• Outstanding analytical capabilities, acute attention to detail, strong pattern recognition skills, and the ability to make sound judgments within specific framework guidelines.

• Direct experience with localization workflows or multilingual content systems.

• Familiarity with HR (Human Resources) systems, talent acquisition, or job taxonomy structures.

• Basic knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language), advanced Excel, or Google Sheets for data manipulation.

• Practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for data augmentation or classification.

• Specific market knowledge of global English regions such as Ireland, India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Australia, or Singapore is strongly preferred.
