Epic Grand Central Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute system build, configuration, and optimization within the Epic Grand Central (ADT) module.

• Work alongside operational stakeholders, registrars, and clinical personnel to convert business requirements into effective Epic system designs.

• Carry out unit testing, integrated system testing, and regression testing for Epic upgrades, double-upgrades, or custom build implementations.

• Deliver tier-2/tier-3 application support, addressing complex tickets, build errors, and interface problems (e.g., HL7 ADT feeds).

• Collaborate closely with analysts in related modules—particularly **Prelude (Registration)**, Cadence (Scheduling), Resolute Hospital Billing (HB), and ClinDoc—to ensure smooth data integration and patient flow.

• Keep clear and up-to-date documentation of build specifications, system designs, testing scripts, and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Epic Grand Central (ADT) Certification** is strongly preferred, although an **Epic Prelude Certification** with substantial build experience is acceptable.

• **A minimum of 3 to 5 years** of practical Epic analyst experience concentrating on ADT/Prelude patient identity and tracking workflows.

• Comprehensive knowledge of patient movement workflows, bed planning, environmental services (EVS) integration, and patient registration pathways.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and interface errors.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect technical build teams with operational hospital leadership.

• Nice to Have:

• **Direct Epic Grand Central build experience** (highly preferred).

• Familiarity with Epic’s Identity (MPI) module or RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) configuration.

• Prior experience supporting large-scale Epic upgrades or post-live optimization cycles.
