This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Comprehend the business requirements for each program you are assigned to and effectively implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for those programs.
• Take thorough notes while executing your primary responsibilities and offer suggestions to your team leader on potential improvements.
• Proactively resolve user issues primarily through live channels, ensuring that you meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy.
• Manage your time effectively to conduct relevant phone calls while ensuring quality interactions.
• Establish connections and trust with stakeholders, going the extra mile to deliver an outstanding experience and address their queries accurately on the first attempt.
• Stay organized, accountable, and responsible by utilizing your resources to remain updated on all SOPs and program modifications as they arise.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, contact centers, or a similar field.
• Exceptional customer service skills: You should demonstrate empathy, courtesy, kindness, efficiency, confidence, and helpfulness.
• Exemplifies excellent time management and takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Proficient typing skills and adaptable to navigating online tools and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: possess a solid command of grammar and spelling.
• Excellent communication abilities: Capable of articulating persuasively over the phone to engage potential customers.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a knack for problem-solving.
• Interpersonal skills: Open to others' ideas and willing to try new approaches.
• Resilience and persistence: Ready to face rejection and continuously pursue leads.
• Prior experience in sales via phone, particularly in cold calling, is preferred.
• Capability to take ownership and resolve issues independently.
• Available for full-time work (40 hours per week).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be eligible to work in Poland; relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
