This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more states.
• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews among various stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and send offer letters while managing pre-employment tasks, including the creation of new hire records, conducting background checks, and verifying the right to work.
• Conduct engaging virtual orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience and are well-prepared for success.
• Maintain precise hiring records and ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and data quality benchmarks.
• Identify areas for improvement in recruiting processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a comparable role, ideally supporting high-volume hiring across multiple countries.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize competing demands, demonstrate sound judgment, and consistently produce high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Proven capability to identify issues, enhance processes, and adjust to evolving priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems; familiarity with Oracle, Eightfold, and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience in working with geographically distributed teams across various time zones.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
