📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies for vacancies across various grades and areas, with a greater focus on mid-level+ positions.

• Automate tasks using modern tools and AI technologies.

• Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure the recruitment process is as transparent and understandable as possible for them.

• Create an exceptional candidate experience — we prioritize quality communication with candidates to encourage them to want to work with us.

• Adopt a data-driven approach — track metrics for your vacancies and implement changes based on the data.

• Stay informed about market trends and execute exciting initiatives. You will have the opportunity to engage not only in recruitment but also work closely with PR and HR teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of sourcing experience, preferably in a product company.

• Proven experience in closing both technical and non-technical vacancies — marketing, product, back office.

• Familiarity with specialized tools for automating sourcing processes.

• Understanding of analytical indicators in recruitment and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.

• Proactivity, critical thinking, systematic communication, and a sense of humor.

• English language proficiency at least at the Intermediate level.
