• Take charge of the implementation process at client locations

• Comprehend and outline recruiting workflows

• Collaborate with our AI technologies

• Serve as the representative voice of the client

• 5–10 years of experience in internal recruiting

• Ideally familiar with recruiting software solutions

• Proficiency in German is a must

• Customer-focused and persuasive in approach
