Recruiter – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process from start to finish for both technical and business positions, from the initial intake to the final signed offer.

• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to comprehend genuine needs beyond just job descriptions and translate those into precise hiring strategies.

• Proactively source exceptional talent across Europe utilizing innovative, data-driven methods, rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

• Foster a swift and high-quality candidate experience, maintaining momentum and clear communication throughout every phase.

• Organize candidate pipelines, monitor progress, and instill structure into hiring processes in a rapidly changing environment.

• Work with HR and leadership to continually enhance our methods for attracting, assessing, and securing talent.

• Assist in employer branding efforts, establishing Destinus as a destination for ambitious individuals eager to shape the future.

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or other technical sectors.

• Strong grasp of sourcing strategies and tools, with the capability to identify and engage with hard-to-reach talent.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously without compromising on quality or speed.

• Experience in international settings and collaboration with stakeholders from various countries.

• Strong organizational capabilities and comfort with data management, tracking pipelines, and reporting on progress.

• Proficient in English.
