Talent Research Specialist – Executive Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conducting candidate research utilizing LinkedIn, databases, and various other sources.

• Mapping the market and identifying companies and organizational structures.

• Preparing lists of potential candidates.

• Searching for and verifying market information and organizational details.

• Collaborating with Executive Search Consultants on recruitment project execution.

• Updating the candidate database and ensuring data quality.

• Participating in the development of search strategies for new projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in navigating the internet, LinkedIn, and other information sources.

• Enjoys analyzing data and searching for information.

• Detail-oriented, systematic, and well-organized in work.

• Capable of independently solving problems.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

• Eager to learn new tools, including AI-based solutions.

• Experience in recruitment research, sourcing, or HR roles is preferred but not mandatory.
