This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Supervise the entire recruitment process, from job advertisement to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Employ various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough resume evaluations and candidate screenings to determine candidates' skills, experience, cultural compatibility, and potential for success within the organization.
• Develop and maintain a wide range of corporate relationships with various internal and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with job profiles, hiring requirements, and overall recruitment strategy.
• Ensure that new job requisitions are opened and advertised promptly, adhering to internal processes and requirements.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience by creating a world-class hiring journey from application to employment.
• Deliver detailed weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers, stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to spot trends, enhance processes, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Continuously nurture relationships with qualified active and passive candidates to engage them for upcoming positions.
• Maintain data integrity through accurate and timely updates to the ATS.
• Minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving competitive hiring goals and meeting deadlines.
• Capability to source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels.
• Proficient in utilizing and managing ATS software; experience with Workday is preferred.
• Solid understanding of recruitment-related legal requirements and best practices, ensuring compliance with national and local regulations in all hiring activities.
• Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to comprehend staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and team members at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance recruitment processes and strategies.
