This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as a strategic ally to hiring leaders and HR in the talent acquisition process.
• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle and associated systems for high-volume vacancies across various functions.
• Conduct assessments and qualify hiring requirements while devising recruiting strategies and plans.
• Create sourcing solutions and develop talent pipelines through diverse channels.
• Educate and guide hiring managers on recruitment responsibilities, processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Source, evaluate, schedule, and interview qualified applicants, then present them to the hiring team.
• Manage interview logistics and assist in selection decisions.
• Ensure that role competencies align with business objectives and suggest enhancements to candidate slates and selection results.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Total Rewards/Compensation, and other HR team members on offers, compensation suggestions, and negotiations.
• Promote diversity initiatives by presenting varied candidate pools and reducing bias.
• Maintain and enhance recruiting best practices in accordance with trends, market conditions, and business requirements.
• Guarantee compliant recruitment activities, precise documentation, and proper dispositioning within recruiting systems.
• Engage in Affirmative Action Planning, which includes disposition coding, efforts for diverse candidate pools, and support for manager training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive, full lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) along with accurate candidate documentation and disposition.
• Strong sourcing abilities for both passive and active candidates.
• Experience in partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Preferably experienced in recruiting within the biopharmaceutical/life sciences sector.
• Familiarity with regulated GxP environments is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Capability to coach, consult, and sway hiring leaders effectively.
• Strong customer service focus and dedication to providing a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and constant change.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment compliance.
