This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in posting job vacancies across recruitment platforms and attraction channels.

• Evaluate resumes/CVs based on the criteria for each role.

• Organize interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers during the selection process.

• Perform competency-based interviews.

• Update the status and progress of recruitment processes within the applicant tracking system.

• Help prepare and dispatch job offers to chosen candidates.

• Monitor recruitment and attraction metrics and controls.

• Provide operational and administrative assistance to recruiters.

• Ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection or HR processes is advantageous.

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Proactive with a strong sense of priorities.

• Comfortable collaborating within a team and with various departments.

• Interest in pursuing a career in Attraction and Selection (Talent Acquisition).
