This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of and enhance TA reporting and analytics (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Develop executive-ready scorecards and leverage trend data to predict hiring needs, uncover capacity gaps, and assist with headcount planning.
• Spearhead talent market intelligence initiatives: analyze competitor hiring trends, pinpoint emerging talent pools, and provide actionable insights to inform sourcing strategy.
• Discover and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to optimize sourcing, screening, reporting, and operational processes.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier) to visualize essential TA metrics, including hiring speed, funnel velocity, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
• Evaluate obstacles within the recruitment funnel and offer recommendations to decrease time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience.
• Perform industry mapping and talent landscape analysis to identify key target companies and talent pools.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across ATS and HRIS platforms by defining standards, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining reporting based on accurate inputs.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Talent Intelligence, Talent Sourcing, TA analytics, or data analyst role, with a focus on using data to inform recruiting strategy.
• Practical experience with talent intelligence and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Findem, Eightfold, or equivalent, with the ability to convert data from these tools into actionable hiring strategies.
• Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports that are utilized by non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to convert vague requirements from stakeholders into structured data models and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate a metric to both a recruiter and a CFO.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction; hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier); advanced skills in Excel.
