Talent Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual final interviews lasting 20 to 30 minutes with candidates for the Executive Assistant role.

• Evaluate candidates' fluency in English, communication style, confidence, professionalism, and their ability to think and respond spontaneously (including Communication, Executive Presence, Judgment, and Growth Mindset).

• Assess the candidates' preparedness to engage with North American executives.

• Determine cultural fit and overall presence in client-facing situations.

• Provide star-rating feedback along with concise written notes in our Applicant Tracking System (Workable), clearly recommending whether to advance the candidate to the training stage.

• Identify borderline cases with justifications to ensure consistency as the volume of candidates increases.

• Work closely with Donna's Recruitment Team (particularly the Recruiting Lead) on final hiring decisions as necessary.

• Ensure a professional and respectful experience for candidates, regardless of the outcome.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native English speaker residing in the United States or Canada.

• Deep understanding of North American business communication and workplace culture.

• Professional experience within a North American corporate setting.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and judgment abilities.

• Capability to deliver objective and well-written evaluations of candidates.

• Must be reliable and organized to consistently manage interviews and provide timely feedback.

• Nice to Have: Experience in areas such as interviewing, recruiting, hiring, talent assessment, corporate training, client management, executive/administrative support, or coaching professionals.

• Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, Operations, or Executive Leadership.

• Experience in startup environments or remote work is a plus.

🏝️ Benefits

• Compensation of $10.00 - $15.00 USD (commensurate with experience) for each 20–30 minute interview conducted.

• Expected volume for 2026: 10 to 15 interviews per week.

• Note: Donna Talent is a US-based organization and will remunerate independent contractors in USD.
