This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process from initial intake through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to create recruitment strategies that align with business goals and workforce plans.
• Conduct intake meetings to comprehend role requirements, organizational structure, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.
• Establish proactive talent pipelines for essential and challenging-to-fill roles.
• Source and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach.
• Evaluate and assess candidates for their technical qualifications, leadership skills, cultural fit, and long-term compatibility.
• Present shortlisted candidates with comprehensive evaluations and market insights.
• Manage the interview process and facilitate communication between stakeholders and candidates.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding talent availability, compensation trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in recruitment.
• Create talent market maps and competitor analyses to support strategic hiring efforts.
• Ensure accurate tracking of recruiting activities within ATS and CRM systems.
• Assist in employer branding, talent attraction campaigns, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and executive-level reporting.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services, private equity, investment management, legal, compliance, accounting, or professional services sectors.
• Proven track record in recruiting professionals from mid-level to executive positions.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience in identifying passive talent.
• Ability to handle multiple searches concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication abilities.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and various recruiting technologies.
• In-depth understanding of compensation structures, organizational design, and hiring market dynamics.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with client leadership and Ignite Human Capital teams.
