Bilingual SSDI Attorney – U.S. Bar Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Review, revise, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission.

• Ensure adherence to relevant legal standards and court requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff to uphold consistency and quality in submissions.

• Offer insights and recommendations for case enhancement where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active U.S. Bar Membership in at least one state (required).

• Experience in SSDI law or proficiency in Spanish (required — either qualification acceptable).

• Strong skills in legal writing, editing, and analysis.

• Ability to independently manage workload while meeting deadlines.

• Must reside outside the U.S. (overseas candidates preferred).
