Talent Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, handling placements for permanent, contract, and independent contractor roles across various sectors.

• Source, engage, and successfully place exceptional candidates, including those at C-suite levels, by utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and AI-driven tools.

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, offshore clients, and owner-founder subject matter experts (SMEs) as a trusted talent advisor to ensure comprehensive understanding of hiring needs.

• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities both locally and internationally to enhance desk revenue and market presence.

• Employ advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and innovative generative AI technologies to optimize workflows, improve candidate matching, and reduce time-to-hire.

• Collaborate with dedicated administrative and marketing support teams to provide a premium and seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recent, active experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an agency setting.

• A proven track record of managing a high-volume recruitment desk, achieving performance objectives, and consistently earning commission.

• Demonstrated ability to place executive and C-suite talent, along with effective collaboration with owner-founder SMEs.

• Highly proficient in technology, with practical experience in integrating AI tools into sourcing strategies, as well as a strong familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

• South African citizenship or a valid, unrestricted work permit is required.
