Talent Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist hiring managers within provider partnerships and clinical support teams.

• Conduct pre-interview briefings with hiring managers and provide debriefs afterward.

• Identify, evaluate, and progress candidates for roles in provider partnerships and clinical support.

• Evaluate candidate suitability while effectively conveying Sailor Health’s mission.

• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and day-of coordination.

• Oversee the candidate journey from initial contact to job offer.

• Evolve into full-cycle recruiting and take ownership of the recruitment process.

• Eventually recruit and mentor new recruiters for clinical and provider-facing positions.

• Contribute to the development of recruiting systems, templates, and processes as Sailor Health expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting.

• Background solely in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, whether in an agency, in-house, or both.

• Experience in healthcare, clinical settings, or startups is highly advantageous.

• Capacity to assist busy hiring manager stakeholders.

• Methodical approach with precise ATS data and prompt candidate communication.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to take ownership of recruitment processes and eventually establish a recruiting team.

• Familiarity with tools like Claude and contemporary recruiting technologies.

• Dedication to providing a strong candidate experience.
