This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Coordinates and schedules candidates for various selection process activities, including assessments, interviews, and onsite visits.
• Manages the pre-employment onboarding of employees, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.
• Prepares offer letters and facilitates both background and reference checks.
• Maintains candidate files and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Leads additional postings for the internal recruitment team and collaborates on the requirements for open positions.
• Compiles daily, weekly, and monthly reports while coordinating schedules and meetings.
• Generates daily reports on candidate and recruiter activities.
• Monitors candidate progress and manages dispositions within applicant tracking systems.
• Performs general office duties, such as responding to candidate and recruiter inquiries, filing, copying, and data entry.
• Demonstrates a customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive "can do" attitude.
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in an HR or staffing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to completing projects punctually.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Capability to analyze and refine operational practices to enhance efficiency.
