This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, starting from job requisition intake to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and program leaders to clarify role requirements, craft job descriptions, and set candidate evaluation standards.
• Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified technology candidates across multiple concurrent job openings.
• Actively source both passive and active candidates for a diverse range of technical positions, including software engineers, cybersecurity analysts, cloud architects, data scientists, IT project managers, and systems administrators.
• Ensure that all federal contract hires comply with relevant regulations, including OFCCP guidelines, EEO regulations, and specific labor category qualifications.
• Perform comprehensive phone screenings, behavioral interviews, and technical competency assessments to assess candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Monitor and report on essential recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline conversion rates.
• 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly focused on technology positions.
• Proven track record in recruiting for federal government contracts, with an understanding of cleared personnel hiring.
• Strong comprehension of technology roles, required skill sets, and the competitive landscape for technology talent.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• Demonstrated capability to manage 15–25+ requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance requirements, EEO regulations, and federal contracting labor standards.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and make sound judgments in a fully remote setting.
