• Effectively manage the recruitment process for vacancies — from conducting the briefing call to the final selection of candidates and presentation of the offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to vacancies of various grades and fields.
• Conduct interviews — from intro calls and video interviews to competency-based interviews.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure the recruitment process is as transparent and understandable as possible for them.
• Create an excellent candidate experience — we focus on quality communication with candidates to encourage them to want to work with us.
• Employ a data-driven approach — track the metrics of your vacancies and implement changes based on data insights.
• Stay updated on market trends and implement innovative initiatives. You will have the opportunity to engage not only in recruiting but also to work closely with the PR and HR teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a product company.
• Experience in filling both technical and non-technical positions — marketing, product, back office.
• Ability to conduct interviews using various methodologies and provide qualitative feedback.
• Strong sourcing skills — we handle complex vacancies that require proactive searching.
• Understanding of analytical metrics in recruitment and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• Proactivity, critical thinking, systematic communication, and a sense of humor.
• Proficiency in English at least at an Intermediate level.
• Work format of your choice: fully remote from anywhere in the world or access to one of our offices if desired (Kyiv, Warsaw).
