Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while assisting in the development of a recruitment system that aligns with the scale and aspirations of a company serving 50 million users globally.

• Aid in mapping and engaging elite talent from leading tech hubs and organizations around the world.

• Support the rollout of an AI-first recruitment framework.

• Foster long-term relationships with passive talent across the globe to proactively address hiring needs.

• Manage the candidate experience from the initial discovery call to the final offer.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical proficiency and cultural fit, providing clear and actionable summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring processes, eliminate obstacles, and strengthen operations as we grow beyond 100 employees.

• Contribute to innovative initiatives and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the finest AI talent in the world.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on tech recruitment.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up setting.

• Proven global sourcing experience: a record of attracting talent from key tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - we are moving quickly and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy effectively.

• Humble attitude - open to learning and receptive to feedback.

• #NSFW - comfortable with hiring for products that involve uncensored models and content.
